Delete your Ramio account
You can delete your Ramio account and all the data associated with it at any time, directly from the app:
- Open the Ramio app and sign in.
- Tap the profile icon at the top right of the home screen.
- At the bottom of the “My profile” screen, tap “Delete my account”.
- Confirm: deletion is immediate and permanent.
What data is deleted?
Deleting the account immediately and permanently erases:
- the account itself (e-mail address, sign-in credentials);
- the nickname, the statistics and the whole game history.
Transient technical logs (for instance the IP address of recent connections) expire on their own shortly afterwards. No data is kept for commercial purposes.
Without access to the app
If you can no longer open the app, send your deletion request to contact@quintaingames.com, preferably from the e-mail address of the account concerned; it will be handled without undue delay.
